In midlife, Ayurveda becomes a precious guide to rekindle your energy and navigate the transitions of perimenopause, menopause or andropause, while staying anchored in what matters most. 

You don’t have to remain in a state of imbalance or in a life that no longer reflects who you are. Together, we will use simple yet powerful tools  to reset your well-being, tune into your deepest needs and release what no longer serves you.

Sometimes, healing begins when life asks us to slow down and listen. After 14 years in finance in Paris and precious time raising my family, I reached my early 40s facing fatigue, vertigo and a lost sense of joy.

After years of prioritising my career and caring for others, it was finally time to care for myself. With my Anglo-Indian roots, I turned to meditation, Ayurveda and transformational life coaching – first to heal myself, and then to guide others.

I trained with leading schools in Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and coaching in India (Somatheeram), the US (The Chopra Center, The Life Coach School) and France (Centre Leela) and have had the privilege of learning directly from inspirational teachers such as Dr Deepak Chopra and Dr Suhas Kshirsagar. 

I created Lumivedalumi referring to light, clarity and awareness, and veda to the ancient wisdom of India. This name expresses the wisdom of awareness, which is the essence of my path and continues to guide me every day. Today, with over a decade of experience, I help others return to clarity, vitality, and balance through my signature Back to Balance teaching and coaching programs.

Through Lumiveda, I also support Nishtha, an NGO in India that supports the education of 5 000 girls at risk of child mariage – so that every personal transformation can help uplift another.

Working Together

Teaching Programs(In small groups or 1:1):

The Foundations – An introduction to Ayurveda and your unique mind-body constitution (dosha).

The Body – Build a strong base with nutrition, sleep , daily self-care rituals, and natural support for midlife transitions, including périmenopause and menopause.

The Mind – Soothe and clarify your thoughts, balance your emotions and cultivate inner calm. 

The Soul – Reconnect with your deeper values, your inner light, and a more meaningful life. 

Coaching Program 1:1 (6 weeks) – Personalised coaching, support and Ayurvedic guidance adapted to your unique needs, to create lasting changes in your daily life. Ideal if you feel stuck,  wish to move forward more quickly or dive deeper into a specific challenge such as anxiety, direction, sleep, relationships or hormonal shifts. 

Seasonal Retreats & Cleanses – For deep rebalancing, join me for seasonal retreats and Ayurvedic cleanses – rich personal experiences that restore balance, renew vitality and realign you with the rhythms of nature – whether you are navigating midlife, menopause, or simply seeking a renewal.
